Congratulations to Coach Rob and Team Mayfield for their impressive TKO victory last night in Albany, NY!!

San Francisco’s Karim Mayfield, defending his NABO Light Welterweight title last night, stopped Tito Serrano in the 5th Round of their ESPN Friday Night Fights clash. Colorado Springs here we come! CJ Mills is on his way to Nationals.

Congratulations to CJ Mills and Coach Robert for the win at USA Boxing Northern California Championships. Congratulations also go to Becky Villagran with a great fight. She dropped her opponent in the 3rd round for an 8-count, and we thought she won, but the judges gave it to the other girl.
CJ will go on to fight at Nationals in Colorado Springs and if he wins there, he’ll be on the USA Olympic Boxing team.

Congratulations to Pacific Ring Sports’ boxers, CJ Mills and Jan Pfenninger, who won their bouts at the 4th installment of “Showdown in Oakland,” last Saturday, October 29th.   Thirty-six competitors squared off from local gyms such as Kings, Oakland Boxing, Ring of Fire, and Richmond Police Athletics League (PAL); as well as gyms from Sacramento, including Grimz Gym and Newcastle Ringside.
