Jason is an Assistant Instructor at Pacific Ring Sports and is also the Manager of Operations. He enjoys sharing his passion and enthusiasm with first timers and veterans alike. Jason’s  rigorous daily exercise routine fuels his energy throughout the day and keeps him conditioned for endless rounds of sparring and training.

Jason started training at Pacific Ring Sports six years ago. Jason was then a construction worker and vigorous weight-lifter, who impressed owner Michael Regnier with his daily routine: 5 am weight lifting sessions, 8+ hours of roofing, and 2 hours of Muay Thai in the evening. Muay Thai sparked Jason’s competitive nature, so he quickly added fighting to his regimen. Jason has remained consistent with his training because he says it humbles him and keeps him in the best shape of his life. “Working-out is not a hobby, it’s a lifestyle.”
