Youth Classes

Youth Classes

Our program keeps the traditional elements of Martial Arts teaching such as values, self-discipline, and belt advancement, but goes beyond, by bringing cutting edge Martial Arts teaching experience from our Champion trainers.

Students learn practical tactics, self-defense, and the ancient art forms of different disciplines. Our approach to teaching is fun and family-oriented, while instilling respect for peers and instructors. We are proud to witness the growth of our students as they advance through the program and demonstrate mental toughness, self-confidence, self-control, focus, perseverance, and integrity. These skills carry on into every aspect of their lives, including academics, mental health, and social awareness.  Ages 7-15 are welcome.
